I was shocked to discover that we were expected to clean the apartment ourselves, including washing dishes and taking out the trash. There was no mention of these self-cleaning requirements during check-in, and it felt like deception after paying a hefty rate. the noise from the street was unbearable. it kept us up at night and disrupted our stay.

Chilled days in Biarritz 🌊
Loved the massive balcony with stunning views and the indoor pool was just stunning—perfect spot for a rainy day. Kids club was a winner, kept the little ones busy while we enjoyed some brekkie on the terrace. The staff were super helpful too!
Only downside was the check-in time, had to wait until 5pm which was a bit of a schlep after a long drive.
